Founding BizOps

We are looking for a Founding BizOps generalist with 0–5 years of experience to join a 7-person, seed-stage AI agent platform as the first business operations hire. You'll work directly with the COO and founding team, tackling the hardest and most important problems that don't yet have an owner — from recruiting to growth to customer activation.

What will you be doing?

- Own and drive high-priority special projects end-to-end across recruiting, growth, and customer activation

- Build AI agents on Gamut's platform for customers and internal use, turning learnings into reusable templates

- Define, track, and report the key metrics the company runs on

- Support customer onboarding and activation by building agents and workflows on the platform

- Cycle through whatever is most critical to the business at any given time — pricing, sales ops, customer decks, and beyond

Key Requirements

- At least one "shining point of excellence" — top-tier consulting (MBB), elite startup, top school, YC founder, or equivalent standout achievement in the top 5% of your field

- Smart generalist mindset: willing to do whatever is needed, from strategy to hands-on grunt work, with no playbook required

- Proven ability (or strong aptitude) to use AI tools and agents in day-to-day work

- Must be on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco — no hybrid or remote flexibility

- Stable work history — no pattern of job-hopping (multiple sub-1-year stints is a red flag)
