Founders Associate

We are looking for a Founders Associate with 1+ years of experience to serve as a cross-functional force multiplier at an AI-native healthcare company transforming home health documentation. You'll work directly with the founders, handling everything from strategic projects to operational tasks — no two days look the same, and you'll compress years of learning into months.

What will you be doing?

- Managing recruiting pipelines, scheduling, and candidate coordination across the team

- Handling admin and office operations — conference logistics, travel booking, and keeping things running smoothly

- Digging into Excel sheets, following up on billing, setting up automations, and supporting finance tasks

- Preparing decks, meeting materials, and supporting customer success and marketing for new product launches

- Picking up urgent, undefined tasks across sales, product, and hiring with no hand-holding

Key Requirements

- 1+ years of experience at a fast-growing startup (Seed–Series B) or VC firm — startups strongly preferred

- Low ego and genuine willingness to do admin/operational work (scheduling, office snacks, flight booking) alongside strategic projects

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle many cross-functional tasks simultaneously

- Based in San Francisco and able to work on-site 5 days per week
