The Role

At Workhelix, the Forward-Deployed Strategist is pivotal in transforming complex business challenges into actionable solutions. You'll be the bridge between customer needs, data insights, and service execution—ensuring that organizations can make better, faster, and smarter decisions with our expertise. This role combines analytical problem-solving, deep user empathy, and strategic execution.

What will you be doing?

- Engage deeply with senior executives at Fortune 100 clients to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges related to AI.

- Analyze customer data using SQL to validate information and identify limitations, ensuring our solutions are built on accurate insights.

- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to design and deploy customized, scalable solutions based on your findings from the field.

- Lead client workstreams, including running SteerCo meetings, to drive execution and ensure projects stay on track.

- Translate complex data and customer feedback into actionable strategies that directly influence our product roadmap and help us achieve product-market fit.
