- Work closely with the leadership team to handle light office management and day-to-day operational needs.
- Support a variety of special projects and time-sensitive requests as they arise.
- Act as a trusted partner, demonstrating proactivity, meticulous attention to detail, and composure under pressure.

What we're looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. You should be comfortable managing complex calendars and inboxes with exceptional precision and have a track record of proactively anticipating needs to ensure executives can focus on high-priority tasks. Bonus points if you have experience with light office management and special projects.
