We are looking for an Employment Law Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our top-ranked team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background spanning both counseling and litigation to help manage cases independently and collaborate effectively across the firm.
**What will you be doing?** - Counsel employers on compliance and risk management. - Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation. - Manage matters independently while collaborating with the team. - Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents. - Work with a diverse range of clients on complex employment law issues.
**Key Requirements** - 3-5 years of direct employment law experience. - Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. - Demonstrated experience in both employment counseling and litigation. - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
