Deployment Intelligence Strategist

We are looking for a Deployment Intelligence Strategist with 5-10 years of experience to own post-sale implementation and adoption of our AI platform at top accounting firms. You'll be a go-getter with strong customer empathy, process orientation, and ideally some accounting background — joining a fast-growing team deploying real AI agents into the real economy.

What will you be doing?

- Owning the full customer journey from contract signing through pilot, implementation, training, and ongoing adoption

- Running workshops and training sessions to teach accounting firms how to use Basis's AI agents

- Troubleshooting issues and acting as the primary project manager for each account

- Translating customer business goals into intelligent agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done

- Providing constant feedback to Engineering on product improvements based on customer interactions

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, financial transformation, or a related customer-facing role at a startup or mid-stage company

- Must be based in NYC and willing to work full-time in-office 5 days/week in Flatiron — no flexibility

- Highly articulate with strong customer empathy and the ability to manage complex enterprise relationships

- Process-oriented with experience managing complex platform implementations end-to-end

- Some fundamental understanding of accounting (QuickBooks, NetSuite, general ledger concepts) strongly preferred; CPA or accounting background is a major plus
