What you would be doing
- Draft and turn around transactional documents (SPAs, asset purchase agreements, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, ancillary acquisition docs)
- Join Zoom calls with clients
- Receive direct partner mentorship
- Coordinate closing documents, manage changes, and keep deals moving
- Interface with opposing counsel and clients regularly

We are looking for a seasoned an M&A Partner to independently lead sophisticated middle-market transactions. You will be a key leader, running deals and lean deal teams from end to end, working closely with department head Jeff Sklar.
What will you be doing?
- Lead negotiations and drafting for SPAs, asset purchase agreements, and LLC/stockholder agreements.
- Manage and own key client relationships.
- Run M&A deals from start to finish with lean, high-performing teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level associates on live transactions.
- Work on a diverse range of deals including PE buyouts, strategic acquisitions, and sell-side representations.
Key Requirements
- Senior-partner level experience in M&A from a BigLaw, strong midsize, or reputable boutique firm.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex middle-market transactions.
- Exceptional leadership skills, client presence, and sound judgment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
- No portable book of business is required.
