The full description
We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 3-5 years of experience to serve as the operational backbone of a frontier AI hardware startup building chips that are the model. You'll own financial back-office operations, procurement, recruiting, vendor management, and investor relations. You need to be high-agency, scrappy, and capable of executing autonomously without things being done wrong. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be employee #4 at a company running a live language model at 100 million tokens per second.
What will you be doing?
- Own all financial back-office operations including procurement, legal, and vendor management
- Run the recruiting process end-to-end — sourcing, coordinating, and supporting hiring decisions
- Support the founder on fundraising, investor data room management, and follow-ups
- Handle strategic projects as they arise, with scope expanding based on your capabilities
- Manage enterprise-level sales conversations (8-9 digit contracts) as a bonus area of contribution
