Chief of Staff

We are looking for a Chief of Staff with 2-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or a high-growth startup to multiply the founding team's capacity and accelerate the company toward its next funding milestone. You'll work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO at a health data company that's crossed $1M in revenue, just raised its seed round, and is seeing explosive inbound demand from pharma and foundation labs.

What will you be doing?

- Driving the highest-priority strategic projects — e.g., taking meetings with new customer segments (Foundation Labs), negotiating deals, and building channel partnerships with consulting firms

- Building and owning the company's metrics infrastructure — consolidating scattered data from CRM and spreadsheets into a single source of truth for internal and external reporting

- Running the company operating cadence — all-hands meetings, board meetings, investor updates, and quarterly planning

- Prepping the founders for high-stakes meetings (board decks, pitch decks for the next round, customer presentations) and driving follow-through on commitments

- Identifying what's falling through the cracks and fixing it — acting as an extension of the founders to unblock GTM and move the company faster

Key Requirements

- 2-5 years in management consulting (MBB or healthcare-focused firms like ZS Associates, LEK, EY-Parthenon), investment banking, or biz ops/growth at a high-growth startup

- Meaningful exposure to healthcare or life sciences — cannot be the first time you've heard of HIPAA

- Exceptional written and verbal communication — ability to distill complexity into crisp memos and represent the company in investor/customer meetings

- Strong analytical skills — comfortable quickly building models in Excel and maintaining key business metrics

- Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and proactively builds automations to increase team velocity
