The full description
We are looking for a California Labor & Employment Associate with 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience to join Lydecker’s growing California practice. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated attorney to take ownership of an active caseload, work directly with clients, and develop through hands-on partner mentorship.
What will you be doing?
- Manage a caseload of up to 20 matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings and advise clients
- Support mediations and trials
Key Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience
- Labor and employment experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, communication, and case-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet billable requirements
