Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 1+ years of experience to join our team and build pipeline for an a16z Speedrun-backed startup transforming revenue retention for consumer subscription brands. You'll sit under our Head of Sales who has deep experience managing and developing BDRs — many of whom have gone on to lead sales at other companies. This is not a plug-and-play role; you'll help architect the outbound motion from the ground up while driving net-new opportunities. We're looking for someone scrappy, persistent, and eager to grow into an AE role as the company scales.

What will you be doing?

- Conducting omnichannel cold outreach (cold calling, emailing) to generate net-new introductory sales meetings

- Helping structure and refine the outbound sales playbook alongside the Head of Sales — defining who to go after, why, and how

- Researching prospective companies to identify pain points and craft personalized pitches

- Collaborating closely with the account executive to build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline

- Meeting and exceeding weekly activity KPIs with a path to growing into a closing role
