The full description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our brand-new Growth Squad and own the backend experimentation engine that drives activation, conversion, and retention for our B2B data enrichment platform. You'll ship rapid experiments into production, work confidently near critical billing and credit systems, and iterate fast alongside a dedicated PM and frontend engineer.
What will you be doing
- Ship backend experiments at high tempo — pricing nudges, onboarding tweaks, credit-pack variations — straight into production, measure results, and iterate
- Own critical parts of the codebase including payment funnels, login/signup flows, and credit spending logic
- Instrument everything with analytics to measure whether experiments actually move business metrics
- Collaborate closely with the product manager and designer to prioritize and run A/B tests and growth experiments -
- Promote winning experiments to production-grade code and cleanly remove what doesn't work
