What we're looking for:

We need an attorney with 3-7 years of business immigration experience who has direct hands-on work with employment-based petitions, labor certifications, and nonimmigrant visa categories. You should be comfortable managing a full caseload of employer-side immigration matters and have a track record of strong legal writing, client responsiveness, and deadline-driven case management. Bonus points if you have experience with J-1 waiver applications or EB-1 petitions.

What you'll do:

- Manage a caseload of employer-sponsored immigration petitions across the full nonimmigrant and immigrant visa spectrum (H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3, EB-1, PERM) - Draft and file PERM labor certification applications, including recruitment strategies, audit responses, and appeals - Prepare and submit EB-1 petitions for extraordinary ability and multinational executive/manager categories - Handle J-1 waiver applications (Conrad 30 and interested government agency waivers) - Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate HR teams and in-house counsel, advising on petition strategy, timelines, and compliance - Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and NOID notices with well-crafted legal arguments and supporting documentation - Collaborate with the firm's corporate, M&A, and labor & employment practice groups on cross-functional client matters involving immigration components - Maintain organized case tracking and deadline management across a high-volume national practice
