Associate Account Manager

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager with 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role to manage and grow a portfolio of 30 credit union partners at one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the country. You'll be joining a 16-person team that's profitable, tripling revenue year over year, and bursting at the seams with demand. This is a blend of customer success and account management — you'll onboard partners, drive platform adoption, and act as a trusted marketing coach to organizations that genuinely value the relationship. What will you be doing?

- Managing a book of ~30 credit union partners with bi-weekly meetings, driving them through adoption milestones on Sparrow's Crest platform

- Onboarding new partners, handling implementation, data mapping with product, and troubleshooting day-to-day challenges

- Acting as a de facto marketing expert and coach for credit unions that may lack internal marketing resources or bandwidth

- Strategizing across your portfolio — prepping for meetings, managing follow-ups, and ensuring no account is forgotten

- Collaborating with the team in weekly strategy sessions and bi-weekly 1:1s to share best practices and hit commission-based adoption goals
