AI Implementation Associate

We are looking for an AI Implementation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to sit at the intersection of finance, AI, and customer success at a high-growth fintech startup. You'll leverage Highbeam's agentic AI platform to help e-commerce brands optimize their cash management, bill pay, and financial forecasting. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll consult directly with customers, translate their messy financial problems into automated workflows, and prototype new AI-powered solutions. You need to be finance-literate, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to shape how AI transforms business banking. The team is high-competence, low-ego, and moving fast toward a Series B.

What will you be doing?

- Consulting with brand customers to understand their financial workflows, then configuring and customizing Highbeam's AI platform to deliver measurable cash improvements

- Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy — you need to know if what you're seeing makes financial sense (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow)

- Prototyping new AI-powered workflows when a customer need doesn't fit existing capabilities, iterating directly with customers until it works

- Identifying patterns across customers and partnering with Product & Engineering to turn manual processes into scalable, autonomous product features

- Managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously, driving adoption and satisfaction as the trusted point of contact for optimizing their cash position
