The full description

**Altitude** Account Executive; $160K–$200K OTE + equity; Remote (US or Europe)

**About Company**

Altitude is the global business account — USD and EUR business accounts available from 200+ countries, with global payments and FX, corporate cards with up to 2% cashback, multi-entity management, bill pay, invoicing, and accounting in one place. Built by Squads (Squads Multisig secures $10B+ on Solana) and growing rapidly. Backed by Haun, Multicoin, Solana, Coinbase, Electric Capital, Placeholder and others.

**About the Role**

An early member of Altitude's fast-growing sales team, owning the full sales cycle from building pipeline to closing new logos across new verticals. This isn't an inbound-dependent seat: you generate, qualify, and convert your own opportunities, report directly to senior leadership, and help set the sales playbook as Altitude scales beyond the crypto-native vertical. Altitude is less than a year old and growing fast, with a product that's global from day one.

**Responsibilities** - Drive high-volume outbound across email, social, calls, and warm intros to global companies - Build and maintain a consistently full pipeline with rigorous CRM hygiene - Run a fast, disciplined deal process end to end - Lead discovery calls that uncover real pain around treasury, cards, payments, yield, and financial operations - Deliver tailored product demos and navigate founders, finance, and ops teams to ramp accounts quickly - Land a mix of account sizes, from mid-market to whales - Carry a strong field presence: conferences, dinners, roundtables, and 1:1s that turn into pipeline

**Required Skills** A. 3+ years in fintech sales, with at least two of those years in a closing role B. A deep existing network and book of business in one or more core verticals C. A book of business selling into high-credit-card-spend verticals — Paid Ad Agencies, Marketing Agencies, or Travel Agencies — able to hit the ground running immediately D. Strong written and verbal communication — can tell Altitude's story clearly and compellingly E. Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline reporting F. Europe or US-based, with willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and in-person meetings

**Bonus Skills** - Early-stage / 0-to-1 sales experience, building the motion rather than inheriting one - AI-native selling used to scale outbound and pipeline

**Logistical Info** - Location: Remote, North America or Europe. Up to 50% travel for conferences and in-person meetings. - Compensation: $160K–$200K OTE (50/50 base/variable) + equity.

**Ideal Background** - Fintech closers from major fintechs — Revolut, Wise, Mercury, Ramp, Slash, and similar — 3+ years with 2+ in a closing role - Experience outside crypto is what the client specifically wants (Altitude is scaling beyond the crypto-native vertical) - Early-stage builders who thrived building the motion rather than running an inherited playbook - Comp: $160–200K OTE (50/50); confirm per candidate

**Green Flags** - A pipeline machine — activity volume needs no coaching - Commands a room at conferences and leaves with real conversations, not badge scans - Translates complex financial infrastructure into clear business value in a 30-minute call - AI-native seller using it to scale outbound and pipeline - Moves fast and makes decisions without approval loops

**Red Flags** - Purely crypto-native background — the client specifically wants experience from outside crypto - Inbound-dependent; can't self-generate pipeline - Only ever run an established playbook in a large structured org; can't build 0-to-1 - Job-hopping or short tenures — the client has passed candidates leaving roles inside a year - Reads as a manager rather than a hands-on IC closer - Blames missed quota on territory or the company instead of owning it - A "growth"/marketing profile rather than a true seller; buzzword-heavy, light on concrete metrics and tactics - Shallow sales depth — hasn't carried quota or sold to this ICP (long-ramp risk)

**Interview Process** 1. Screen call with the hiring manager (Phil). 2. Deep dive (behavioural, functional, and job-skills). 3. Founder call. 4. Take-home plus panel.
