Data Sharing Statement

This statement lists every party that can receive candidate information from Vouchward, what they receive, and why. If a recipient is not on this list, they do not get your data. When this list changes, the version number changes and the Candidate Privacy Notice change rules apply.
1. Referral destination
Paraform, Inc. (paraform.com), a recruiting marketplace.
- When: only after you have given consent for a referral, per destination.
- What they receive: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile address, current country, and your resume if you provided one.
- What happens next: Paraform emails you a confirmation link. You have 72 hours to accept. If you do not accept, no hiring company receives your information. Once you accept, Paraform's own privacy policy and terms govern its handling of your data.
- What they never receive from us: our internal screening notes and rationale, which stay inside Vouchward. If we provide a short written summary supporting your referral, it contains only professional information you already shared with us.
2. Service providers that run our systems
These vendors process data on our instructions to operate the service, and for no purpose of their own.

3. What is never shared with anyone
- Salary history: never collected, so it cannot be shared.
- Protected characteristics: never collected, so they cannot be shared.
- Your record, to any hiring company, before your explicit consent for that referral and your Paraform confirmation.
- Anything, to data brokers or advertisers. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising, in any sense of those words.
4. Legal demands
If a court order or lawful demand compels disclosure, we comply only to the extent required, and we notify you unless the law forbids it.
5. Where data lives
Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you are in Canada, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States under the consent you gave on our form.
